Hi! I’m Grace, a 21 year old artists who loves D&d!

Commissions OPEN

By agreeing to a commission from me, greenwizardhope, you are agreeing to the full list of terms and conditions below. These are subject to change (with warning to current clients) as different situations arise. Failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in a cancellation of your commission with no refund or other similar consequences.

I reserve the right to deny any request or commission for any reason.

1. General rules
Rude behavior will not be tolerated and could cause your commission to be stopped at any point with refund equal to how far along I have gotten.

Revisions (within reason, up to 2 major revisions) are free during the sketch stage. Major revisions beyond that may incur a fee, but minor revisions after lineart may or may not be charged depending on specifics.

I work on a first-come, first-served basis.

No refund will be given once the commission has been sent or finished.

2. Process
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the piece and will be set on a case-by-case basis.

After agreement upon what precisely the commission will consist of and the matter of payment, I will begin the sketch. Once the sketch is finished, I will send it for approval or revision with a watermark on it. Once the sketch is approved, I will ask for 50% payment upfront. If for any reason the commission cannot be completed on my part, I will refund you this down payment. If it is cancelled on the part of the customer, I will retain the down payment.

At least one watermarked work in progress will be sent, usually to confirm lineart and base colors. The customer may also request to see a WIP, within a reasonable amount of time since the last WIP was shown (depending on commission length.) Pestering for WIPs and updates will not speed the process, but I am happy to give frequent updates if requested.

I will show a watermarked finished piece and will request the other 50% of payment. Once paid, I will send the full unwatermarked image to your email of choice. If either part of the payment is not sent within 2 weeks of asking for it, I may stop the commission with no refund depending on the work that was done.

3. Copyright and usage

I retain all right and copyrights to my art, and I retain the right to post them on my social media or portfolio with proper credit to the owner of the character or design that is drawn.

You may post my art anywhere as long as you credit me via username and either say what platform you commissioned me on or link to my account.

Custom designs or “adoptable” designs may be used in any way that you see fit AS LONG AS they are not being used in a way that goes against the law. Altering the designs, reselling, and etc are all okay as long as credit for the design and art is displayed when posted the first time on a platform, on a bio page or reference sheet, or when asked.

My art is not to be used commercially IN ANY WAY unless it is agreed upon before the commission process begins. You may use it for personal projects, such as printing it on a shirt yourself for you to wear, but you MAY NOT USE MY ART on clothing or in any other way to make money.

Alterations of my art will not be tolerated, and especially should not be posted or used commercially. This is copyright infringement. I’m happy to work with you if you are unhappy with your piece, just let me know!
